Preferred Provider

"Pioneer Valley Connect Preferred Provider" is a designation by the Pioneer Valley Connect Steering Committee. For a telecommunications service provider to be endorsed as a "Preferred Provider", they must meet specific criteria established by the Steering Committee that reflect the goals of Pioneer Valley Connect. Elements of these criteria include: local infrastructure investment, network reliability and redundancy, and affordable high quality telecommunications services.
